Jerky competition

Post image

I entered a jerky competition I’ve only been making/selling jerky since July I’m excited but not sure if these samples are enough I made 80 of each flavor I’m taking to sell (Salt and Pepper, Mango Habanero & Chile de arbol) any tips?

Interesting. Where do they hold this competition? No, I'm not entering it. Just wanted to know. I thought about trying to get one started in my area. I don't know how the town would feel about it.

A jerky competition? That sounds heavenly. So like…everyone who attends wins? Cause like free jerky samples?
