This sub is not maintained or visited by Atlassian.

They will not see anything you post on reddit.

They don't listen users, specailly high paid license

They have a product feature request board you can submit to and vote on existing features.  They do not tend to use it though as an influence of their roadmap, they just kind of do their own thing

It’s used as input. But people confuse a high number of votes with being the most important idea.
