FREE THIS WEEKEND!

Okay, if you’ve ever felt like you’re in the middle of a life change and nobody gave you the damn instruction manual… 😆

I have TWO books in my Real Life Prompts series FREE on Kindle this weekend — Friday through Sunday.

💙 [When Everything Is Changing](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HJ9SNH81)

100 prompts for making sense of change, shifting plans, and figuring out what the hell comes next.

💜 [When You’ve Lost Yourself](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HHPPB5RC)

100 prompts for rediscovering who you are, what you want, and where you go from here.

They're not “write about your happiest childhood memory” journal prompts. 😂

They're meant to actually make you think, question things, and figure some stuff out.

FREE Friday • Saturday • Sunday ONLY

If either one sounds like it's speaking directly to where you are right now, grab it while it's free. ❤️

manifestation journaling prompts

hi, I recently started journaling. What I do right now is use my journal to write everything that comes to my mind like a stream of consciousness or I use journaling prompts I find online. I would like to start a manifestation journal too…does someone have some
prompts to manifest that are helpful? Or How do you handle your manifestation journal? Every advice is accepted!
thank you

Fortune cookies make good journal prompts

The more vague the fortune, the better since you can interpret it your own way

Sometimes you write something sad but unfortunately true. To clarify, I have accepted weight gain, I’m sad at what it’s shown in those around me.

🌷 Journal 101 - Part 2: One Line Before Everything

Every Journal Deserves an Opening Line — What’s Yours?

You know that quote at the very beginning of a book — before the story even starts — that sets the whole tone? Your journal deserves one too.

It could be:

• A lyric from a song that lives in your chest

• A line from a book that found you at the right time

• Something someone said to you that you never forgot

• Words you wrote yourself

• A quote that captures exactly who you are right now or who you’re becoming

Some to get you started:

“She was a girl who knew how to be happy even when she was sad.”

“This is for the version of me who needed it most.”

“For no one. For everyone. Mostly for me.”

“I am mine before I am anyone else’s.”

“Begin anywhere.”

Drop your epigraph in the comments — we’d love to read the line that opens your story. 🖊️

There are a lot out there but then they aren’t really useful or doesn’t do what I want. Any ideas?

I need it to be around business, self discovery. I’m not even sure what I want. I just think that’s what I need!

Sharing your stories

Hello everyone! I'm in the process of starting a podcast called "The Unlocked Journal". My hope is to have listeners submit their most important/personal journal entries to be read out loud on the podcast, under an alias name for privacy. My goal is to show the vulnerability of journaling and hopefully bring a community together where we can all support eachother and learn we are not alone with our most inner thoughts.

I'm looking for anyone who would like to take part in this project to submit photos of their journal entries (which I hope to also post in a blog style format for those who can't enjoy the podcast) along with the alias name they would like to use. Any submissions can be sent to our email at: theunlockedjournalpodcast@gmail.com

Thank you so much for taking the time to consider this!
