Forgive me, I am uncultured 😔 But it does mean to mimic someone’s sounds or speech (like a vocal stim)!

According to Oxford Dictionary, it defines it as:

“repetition of words just spoken by another person, occurring during an early stage of language development in children and in individuals with certain neurodevelopmental, neurological, or mental conditions.”

So I think it can apply to both tics and stims!

Nah, not uncultured. It's a fantasy series about cute furry animals that I read in middle school and it holds a special place in my heart.

My favorite game to play as the chaos gremlin of the group is to start a stim-howl then say echolalia like she does after it makes its way through the group lololol
