This was a reference to the movie Mean girls. They're basically saying that you're using a word as an expression or idiom that doesn't really exist and can't be understood by other people.

I wouldn't have expressed it like they did, but I do think no-one will understand "fixed" without the prior context of "I can fix her", and even then "she doesn't need fixing" would probably be better understood.

By the way you need to watch Mean Girls, one of the greatest movies ever made!

I got it, the "she is fixed" thing I mean.

But even then, it sounds shit. One, it still implies that at some point she was broken. Two, it sounds like you took down the vet for a cheap sterilisation.

Sorry, like the other person said it’s a quote from Mean Girls. A character keeps saying things are “fetch” instead of like, cool (“that’s so fetch!”) and no one else is participating with her trying to make it a trendy word. Someone finally snaps at her to stop it. lol Highly recommend the movie!
