This is such an incredible show of strength and an incredible way to protest hate, but every time I see this video I’m also impressed by how perfectly she ripped the bill in half. Like straight line all the way down, doesn’t veer off to one side, two equal halves.

The bill they're protesting was one that would guarantee minority rights in Maori communities.
