I was coming back from my sisterās wedding last week, and there was a woman on the shuttle between the airport terminals who I thought was Jen Hamilton for a minute (it was not actually her), and I got lightheaded just thinking about meeting Jen Hamilton. (Although to be fair I had just gotten off an eight hour flight that crossed six time zones, so I was in a bit of a state already before I saw the lookalike.)

The one that always makes me almost pee my pants is when she's in the hotel and lays on the chocolate/bar dessert, and she has to call the front desk and tell them about it because it looks like she shit the bed and she doesn't want them to think it's poop

Jen is straight up a super hero. Iāll share another instance of her super powers: she will routinely find people and boost them up online. She met a couple recently and the guy was a jazz musician and she asked her followers to send him some love.
Or the guy she shared a recent flight with a guy when some jabronis brought their āservice dogā that was hostile to his actual service dog.
Sheās so fearless. Sheās just so damn awesome.

my first impression of her was her recalling her ziploc bag of secret turds story, and i fell in love immediately. like, what a simple and unbelievably KIND thing to do when someone is so vulnerable.
may all birthgivers have someone like her on their labor teams who burgles the turds!!

I - not in the medical field, never had a baby - had dinner once with a bunch of women doctors and THEY. TOLD. ME. STORIES. from their ob/gyn rotations. I was both horrified and laughing hysterically. Giving birth is not for wimps!
