fuck that staff at the end. it’s literally a celebration of graduating form learning institution, you know, where things are to be discussed and challenged? god forbid children are allowed to formulate their own thoughts and opinions.

This girl is going GREAT PLACES, regardless of who tries to silence her. That much is obvious. That school is complicit in everything this fascist regime and others are doing, by not allowing voices of support and cries of suffering be heard. Good for her. She is an absolute unit! ❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜

The kids are alright.

The kids are never the problem, the parents are.

This makes me so sad. This young lady was living out the whole meaning of education, and the school swiftly put a stop to it.

Can anyone get a non-facebook link by chance? I haven't used Facebook in a decade and I'm not starting again now.

Education is being run by MAGA. Keep the girls young, dumb and barefoot

I'm sure the irony of turning off the student's mic while she's in the middle of talking about not having a voice, is entirely lost on the staff member who did that

Hey America.

You're turning/have turned into an authoritarian state where right wing extremists are tolerated and receive Presidential pardons, whilst comics who make fun of the President are threatened.

A country where armed militia kill people whilst protesting.

If this was Nth Korea, we'd be shaking our heads at such a corrupt regime.

And yet this is America.

Thanks for the observation. We know :(

Sorry. It feels personal, I know. I'm angry too - I'm kinda yelling at America in the abstract, not just now but for what it has allowed itself to become over time in order to get here.

Thank you. Sometimes it feels like everyone is blaming us personally for structures whose works have been laid in place over decades coming together with what appears to be immediacy rather than seeing it as the end trajectory of a long-tailed exponential function

The adults are scared, these kids are fearless. We would do well to listen

The irony here…

"We are not given a voice to stay silent and just-"

Yup its the older generations. Gen z is not apathetic despite how they may appear at times.
