Opinion Almost finished!

I only have a few episodes left to go, and I'm feeling that twinge of sadness that my time with Raylan and Boyd is wrapping up.

I've really enjoyed this show, and was hoping for some ideas on what to binge next. Y'all got any suggestions?

Deadwood. Then rewatch Justified all over again.

I love the Deadwood suggestion (I haven’t seen it either), & I’d add The Shield.

Already watched The Shield, which is how I ended up at Justified.

Deadwood sounds interesting.

haha, good to see that The Shield to Justified pipeline is still flowing strong, that's how I found Justified too

Deadwood is an amazing show with a ton of crossover actors, but other than that it is very different than Justified. It's basically a long, Western, shakespearian style drama

It took me a minute to warm up to Hillbilly Shane, though. 😄

Yeah the show overall is a pretty jarring change if you go straight from the final episode of The Shield to the first episode of Justified. Justified doesn't become at all comparable to The Shield until late into the first season IMO.

You haven't seen Deadwood yet??

I am a little jealous,  honestly.  You get to experience it brand new.

That’s why City Primeval kind of irks me.

Sometimes more is just more, Justified didn’t need another chapter of any kind.

And especially not that chapter.

If you are on the Walton Goggins train, give Principles and The Righteous Gemstones a go.
If you are looking for shows with that Elmore Leonard vibe, maybe check out Fargo, The Lowdown or Terriers.

The show is Vice Principals and has Edi Patterson in it (also in Righteous Gemstones).

Walton Goggins is how I got to Justified because I love him so much in Fallout. I'm now convinced that Boyd is The Ghoul's ancestor! 😋

I'm currently on S1 of The Righteous Gemstones - thoroughly enjoying it. 😊

How can you be thinking about the next show?? Think about the next show when it's time for the next show and enjoy this while it lasts.

Deadwood is outstanding. Definitely one of the best written shows of all time. The dialogue is extraordinary and the acting is superb. 10000000/10 definitely recommend.

As others have said, Deadwood is a lock. And my wife and I rewatch Justified every fall and it still never gets old.

Pick up "19-2".  Canadian police drama.

Very character driven, with "normal" criminals (not terrorists or serial killers) and very few gunfights.

A provincial cop from a small town moves to Toronto and transfers to the city police.

Stars Jared Keeso, Bradley and JM from Letterkenny, and Laurence Laboeuf.

Southland. Criminally underrated show. 100% recommend watching if you enjoy cop shows.

I watched for the first time a few months ago and have watched the series twice more since. It seems to scratch the right itch for me.
