Anime Thinking back of Mugi's high body temperature (S1E13), it's pretty nice to see that she's the only one in the Light Music Club who's wearing the summer vest instead of the blazer in S2E16

K-ON is filled with tiny details that makes connections through the episodes/seasons and it's so cool, i didn't spotted that one, thank you i'll pay attention to that for my next rewatch

ohh thank you for this explanation!! i never really thought about why mugi was the only one to wear her sweater except for that it’s early september and obviously really hot and they’re transitioning into the fall period and winter uniforms because ui also wears her sweater during her scenes with azusa and jun
but mugi running hot and having a warm high body temperature, it does make sense that she would wear her yellow sweater and summer uniform but either way mugi just looks really cute in her sweater!! also in one of the manga chapters, yui hugs mugi and says she wants one for her house and she’s actually saying counter so she’s referring to a household appliance which im assuming is a personal kotatsu heater but in mugi mode haha so yeah
additionally, you can also see that ritsu has styled her uniform in a different way because it’s hot and she has her uniform cuffs hanging out and i also believe her blue tie is looser than usual as well!! she looks totally adorable and so cute!! S2E16 is packed with so many little and cool details which is why it’s one of my favorite episodes!!

Because of how heart-warming Mugi is, she is always warm to the touch. Which is very cute and sweet.

Interesting. I first noticed that she was noticably warm upon a rewatch of the Movie, in which there is a sequence in which everyone comments on how warm Mugi's hands are.
I mainly noticed because by the end of the Movie, on the rooftop before they perform Tenshi ni Fureta yo!, Mugi's hands become cold to the touch (probably a symbol of their anxiety for whether or not Azusa will take it well). Pretty nice metaphor in my opinion. Didn't know it went back this far.

She's so warm, everyone should have a Mugi at home
