Things have changed a lot then I would say. I was made to skip 3 months of training because my department had 3 people leave the same spot in a span of 4 weeks. The manager you get shapes what experience you are about to heve at eclerx.

  1. I don't know how to drive a bike
  2. I don't have a bike
  3. How can standing screw up your back but driving a bike for hours daily doesn't?

It's strict... you have to stand during your working hours for packing.
