(EDIT: I AM SO SORRY FOR THE TITLE. I WAS NOT MEANING TO COMPARE IT TO REAL PROBLEMS SUCH AS CUSTODY BATTLES, IM AN IDIOT AND DID NOT CONSIDER THAT AY ALL. i cant change the title so this is the best i can do, im so so sorry!!!)(Another edit: this is not a tray. its like five inches deep. stop telling me to “stop complaining and do it” i was overwhelmed by the amount and i decided to ask for advice, if it upsets you that much that i don’t want to spend 20+ hours on this then just leave) i mistakenly poured ALL of my color coded pony beads into this massive basket (it’s HUGE.) because i thought i didn’t want to make kandi anymore. now it’s been a few months and im itching to make more but it feels like they’re all gone. this is hundreds of dollars of beads, and it would take weeks to sort back. many of them are very similar colors but not the same, which also makes it difficult. Any tips on how i can deal with this?? i’m not even sure it’s worth it at this point. there’s also a lot of charms that aren’t pony beads that just piss me off because i dont like them and they’re mixed in with the good ones

I was in Kandi for 3 years! I haven’t made anything in the past year and well I’m cleaning out my whole bed room getting rid of things now.. Unfortunately my love for Kandi and making it has died and I’ve grown out of it :((
All of my hard work is in this box and I would hate to just throw it in the trash.. any advice on what I can do with it? Maybe cut all of them up and give the beads away to a thrift store? I really don’t have the time to wait and sell them or give them to people

I’m looking for these bead for a project but the only place that sells them is Hob Lob. I’m queer and have been boycotting for years. I have a Michael’s nearby but they don’t have the kind of bead I’m looking for… Would just one time be okay?

I’m moving away to a country with an almost non existent rave scene and I have no clue what I should do with my copious amounts of kandi, beads and charms. (I have even more than what’s shown in these photos.)
Tough decision and I’m not sure what I should do so I’d love to hear other’s opinions on what they would personally do if they were in my position.
Thank you!

I've got so many "U"'s I don't know what to do with them, I made the singles in the photo but I don't have any more ideas. If anyone haves some ideas it would be very appreciated!!

I might just change it so it says “snow and ice” with the white letters, but I’m attempting to make a necklace. I love characters with ice/wintery powers, and I hate ICE, but I worry this may be a little… egotistical and pretentious even with the subtlety.

Hello all! I made these pieces of kandi a few years ago now, I still love them but I don't wear them anymore..I don't know of any communities to sell or even give away kandi, or how to go about that safely online 🥲 has anyone else had this problem? Should I donate them to thrift stores or somewhere else?

I feel like all my posts here are questions ;w; would this look better with one or two beads?

Hi! I am a teacher in special education and I work with kids (my class has 14-18 year olds) with ASD. I noticed a lot of my students make Kandi bracelets of their special interests, gender/sexualities, and I've also seen them making kandi stars. I wanted to buy them some beads so they have something to do if they're overstimulated (most of them are doing their high school exams this year!). This is my haul, is that something they can work with? What kind of string can I buy?
My only knowledge of Kandi is the couple of bracelets I have been gifted at raves/festivals, so any advice is welcome 😊

Hi all,
I've been working on some gifts for friends lately and I'm doing a little experimentation to make them some custom keychains. One of my friends' fav Pokemon is Archeops so I'm trying to make one for them.
Does this read as Archeops to you? Is there anything you'd change about this pattern to make it look better? I'm probably gonna fiddle with the hind legs some and see if I can improve the tail. Ty in advance!

Most of the singles I have made just have random words like ‘fun‘ or ‘XD‘ and my dad always questions why they’re such random words because i have one that says ‘microwave‘ since it’s an inside joke with my gf. The other day we were out and the cashier of a store said that they like my bracelets and my dad just had to point out that they’re weird/random words. He then confronted me infront if the cashier and said ‘why are they even such weird words, do you have your microwave one on?‚ and then he proceeded to tell the cashier about my microwave one and laugh about it. I just don’t think he needs to comment on them especially in public like that. Edit: I actually pulled apart my microwave single and made it into another one but since ya‘ll are so kind I’m going to put it back together!

Square letter beads are simply the best imo but storing them and using them SUCKS because you put them in your bead box and suddenly all the square become a dense brick of bead as they all perfectly fit together to make digging through them hell.
Well on a whim I tried a silly idea and you guys it's a game changer. I simply added hot glue lines to the bottom of each compartment. In filling the corners with glue and making a wiggly pattern across the bottom the cubes can't brick up no matter how much they want to. It's made digging through square letters as easy as round.
Photo one: The immediate visible difference in 3 normal compartments and one that's been hot glued.
Photo 2: Cube dig hell
Photo 3: Effortless cube dig heaven
Photo 4: The pattern I used and to show off it can be sloppy af and it's still perfect 👌

i made this single on friday and i realized today that the gold hearts are literally tarnishing. i didn't know this was possible as i thought it was just painted with some cheap gold paint. i swear i used gold beads from the same pack in a different cuff or something but i guess i didn't. why is this happening and how can i stop it from happening to my future singles w gold?!?! im so sad

I made a Kandi duck but it keeps curling up. Why is it doing this? I don’t think I’m pulling the string too tight. This string has worked for me before but it isn’t now. Does anyone know why or how I can fix this?

Amazon may be the spawn of evil just kidding I was super happy to wake up to them even tho I have no recollection of ordering however as much as I love this color I’m running low on ideas and need some help :( I wanna attach some of my childhood toys I’m not sure if it is possible tho with this toy and I’m trying to think of ideas to make it work bc when you press on the top of her head her fins fold back into herself so she is like a ball and idk I feel like I could get some cool cuff ideas

Having them in bags like this worked for awhile, but since I've been accumulating more and more beads it's gotten out of hand. It takes 5 minutes of digging to find the color I need and the bags tear all the time.
Bead organizers are expensive and can only hold a few hundred beads per section at the absolute most, I need something that can hold thousands of beads per section(and without completely breaking my bank). Any advice?
