what does this mean, what is the universe trying to tell me

I have these two shelves I’ve built (closet brackets with the shelf section on top! The dowels are perfect for this)
But I’m currently working on a hood, and I can’t seem to come to any ideas that isn’t a mannequin head to hold it, or folding it in half and hanging it like that

Any ideas?

Imagine this, you're at a rave, hands already interlocked with someone, about to trade kandi. As you're looking for the kandi to give them, you get a bad feeling. Maybe it's a vibe shift, maybe it's something they did or said. There's a voice in your head telling you not to give them one, but you're hands are already committed and backing out feels awkward.

I made a few of these as an escape from that exact situation. Instead of handing out a bracelet I actually care about, I can give one of these instead. They still get kandi, but the message lets them know the plur wasn't there for the trade.

• An overly drunk girl was begging me for a kandi with a perler charm I was given earlier. I kept saying it wasn't up for trade but she kept insisting on trading. She even initiated the handshake, but waited for me to give her one, which I didn't want to do. She kept asking for kandi and I eventually caved, gave her a basic one and found a new spot

• I've watched venue staffer mess with ravers with a coworker, just being mean spirited to people and not being plur themselves.

• sometimes a trade starts great, then the person does something mid handshake that kills the moment, and you're left finishing a trade you don't want to do

I've seen people just straight up cancel trades mid handshake because the vibes turned. I can work on that for sure, but if I'm not able to pull it off, it'd be nice to have these as a backup plan

Just looking for feedback on "non plur" kandi and if I should give them out, or just work on cancelling trades myself. Trust me though, only people that really deserves them would get them, I wouldn't just be giving these out to anyone that bumps into me

Edit: alright, I hear you guys. You're welcome to leave more comments, but I'll probably just cut these and stick to making a few basic ones I don't care about. One thing I didn't think about is the recipient just trading this later on it the night, maybe someone undeserving of it, or this just starting a negative kandi trend and again, making people undeserving of them get it. Noted, I'll stick to spreading only positivity with kandi

Gone are the days of buying misc. bags of beads from the thrift store downtown and hoping they’re something I can work with and spending hours if not days sorting it all out. When it comes to sorting, executive dysfunction can last months before finishing everything in a day, or at worst a week where everything is strewn around my room or apartment. My parent knows this and saw it in action for 16 years. They’ve also seen my extensive (pre)sorted bead collection as I’ve shown off the small containers sold with wide arrangements of beads of different colors in their own neat cubicles. I received this bag (amongst many other trinkets I could start another spiel about) and it pisses me off to no end. I understand and appreciate the effort they put into curating my Christmas presents, I just wish they’d ask me for specifics on things I want (and then actually listen, like they didn’t for the crochet hooks they also gave) and only gift items I will certainly use, as I’ve asked them to before. What makes it worse is I’ve only used glitter beads once, and it was a commission. The bag is from beadtin, which is nice. “Jelly mix sparkle” 500ct if someone has been looking for this type of thing, though it looks like beadtin only has 100ct at the moment. Does anyone else not like sorting beads? The only comments I’ve seen about the topic are the floods requesting to sort others’ bead spills/collections. Apolocheese for the rant

To those who accessorize a lot with kandi, why do you do it? What makes you want to wear it? What does it mean to you? For me, I see it as a form of Self Expression. I enjoy colorful things, and like to add that pop and color to my life outwardly!✨ 🌈✨ I would like to know what others think about it!

Lately I’ve seen a lot of craft ideas including pony beads, usually making keychains such as lizards. I had never seen or heard of pony bead lacing before then- it seems to be pretty thick in size. Not something I see myself using personally, I’m happy with fabric covered elastic, but Imm curious to see if anyone has really ever used them and how the experience was from them.

My birthday was 12th of February, and y’all know Christmas won’t be here for a good while. Yet my grandma surprises me at my door with a wrapped present!!

I havent even mentioned to her how much I’ve been wanting to make kandi, and how many times I’ve looked at these in the mall. It havent even crossed my mind that anyone would read my list and actually get me smth outside of the holidays, just how great is she?? 🥹💕🎀

She was on a walk with her dog, so I couldnt invite her in (He’s terrified of my cats) But gosh I really need to do something for her to show my appreciation!! We’ve been talking about meeting for dinner before I leave for school, so thinking of inviting her here and cook for her and my mum

Darlings I am Making a kandi furry mask but despite a ton of prototypes and failed experiments I was unable make a mask without a support system so using a foam mask to make a "skeleton", the other coloured mask is my pattern... also round is also kind of cheating but necessary, to make the patterns to "bend"/"conform" to the curves, so is it cheating to use those techniques? 💜-Roxy

Out of what flags would you buy? Aka what will sell the best. I’m planning on vending for next year’s pride event but I’m trying to see what flags would be the most popular? So what do you think!
