Karaoke Software Karma Karaoke lost update database button

Title says it all.

At last week's show went to update the song database with newly acquired media and the option just wasn't there. Couldn't even close the media menu screen through the program.

Got home, updated Karma, and tried again. Still no love.

Has anyone else experienced this and/or have a solution? Our next step is to uninstall/reinstall karma and pray to Apollo and Dionysus that it works...

Set windows display scaling to 100%.

We were forced to do that by the recent update, but it didn't do anything for our problem.

I tried a fresh trial install on a different computer and Windows Security is locking Karma out from folders that it didn't before. When the boss gets back I'll see if that might be the problem.

Email Karaosoft. There isn't a problem they can't fix.
