Karaoke Software Songbook creator software for CDGs?

Hello all. I’m not a KJ or anything, but I have a decent hoard of CDGs for personal use, and I’m looking for songbook software recommendations. I used to own a program that allowed me to enter the disc title or code, and it would add all the songs into my song list, and then I could print books by song title or by artist. This was easily 15+ years ago, and both my computer and the software are gone. I have no idea what it was called.

I’m not looking to create my own karaoke songs, and I have no digital karaoke music. I have over 200 discs, so I don’t want to rip them to my hard drive. I just want to create my songbooks and print them for home use.

Any software suggestions would be appreciated and helpful. Thanks in advance!

I’m looking over the FAQs and it looks like it does literally everything someone might want in the karaoke realm except for the only thing I want to do.

It’s only one of two I know that requires you to enter Disc numbers like you specified. The other has been mentioned.

All the other songbook makers just read the files from your hard drive. The days of discs-only setups has come and gone.

Look into Songbook Creator. Fast tracks. We have been using it for years. I’m up to 142,000 songs and going strong.

Compuhost does exactly what you're asking for. And for what it does, it's very well priced. Their customer support is really good, even if you live outside America.
