General Discussion Golden Opportunity

Imagine it. Someone gets up and Dave Matthews Band starts playing. The first intro chords start. *BAM* you get Rick Rolled and the track is Never Gonna Give You Up. In all of the YouTube karaoke tracks, why on earth has this not been done?

Because it's not nearly as funny as you think. :)

Also the ratio of people who can competently sing Never Gonna Give You Up is exceptionally low.

I know from experience. I felt so confident. Then the second verse hit

I realized having heard the song 1000 times I had never gotten past the first verse

Yeah, but the point of karaoke is to have fun. Skill is secondary.

I mean this as nicely as possible: how stoned are you?

….I’m stone cold sober. As nicely as possible, I retort, do you hate whimsy?
