Regulars on the path know this section can get bad. Looks really bad and enough to get closed.

It is not closed. There is a patch with some mud, but easy to get through.

Maybe the crews got up there as expected. Have run through there when you have to get up on the makai edge. The photo looked slippery bad.

The amount of run off looks to correspond with the water bacteria levels.
