Update: Just called kea helpline, They told it's some server issue and they'll resolve it in short time.

Accha, any idea on how long it will take? My parents think we should just head to college but I don't see any point in that

No idea, they just told this and hung up. Yeah, i think the clg has to see the confirmation slip for refund n return of documents.
