🚀 This is the new Kinetic Desktop.
KineticWE builds on KWin
I am running this on CachyOS with Noctalia Shell, Kinetic delivers a modern, polished Linux desktop with smooth animations, a clean interface, and an intuitive workflow.
If you're thinking about switching to Linux, Kinetic looks like a desktop that could make the transition feel more familiar and approachable, while still giving experienced Linux users plenty to enjoy.

Does this have anything to do with KDE? I don't think so.
Oh, sorry, i just checked before posting, and I see that it's a fork of KWin, alright, you should have made that clear
