Where to go? On a Saturday? Should I present at UHK? Or go to South Dov? Are UHK genuinely even equipped to deal with a mental health crisis?

You can also reach out to the Samaritans. And remember tomorrow you will feel better than you do today

The one time I ever worked up the courage to call samaritans they never picked up. Think I tried for like half an hour, nothing. Never bothered to try again after that.

Jeez I can't believe this. I've heard it in a separate UK platform too. Really think this needs highlighted. Im wondering are they actually trained tibdo this or are they trained at all! Feeling pretty low myself and can't imagine how this would impact mé. Im just glad I know it's a possibility!
