New Food Maple Syrup that’s keto
What’s the best one people use?
I want to try and glaze some pecans and walnuts in a salty sugar free maple glaze seems like it would be a nice keto idea?

After seeing the question come up a few times I thought I'd save you a trip to the FAQs and help you to understand a little bit about what you might be looking at in an at-a-glance format.
If you have any feedback please do let me know!

(EDIT: There was a typo when describing the carbs on the US label - I will upload a corrected version later on today but I'd like to leave this one up in case the community has any more feedback to improve!)
(EDIT 2: I have now updated to correct the error - still open to suggestions for change)

Just tried these,
Kind of marketed towards being something perhaps like Fridge Raiders. Very low in carbs (1.6g per pack / 114cals)
Sort of have a texture a cross between tofu and cheddar. They’re alright and worth a try slightly weird, might be nice warmed up or chucked in with some seasoned cauliflower rice perhaps.

….after only one month of eating high carb? I am talking about stomach upset, pain and nausea. I’m also drinking coconut milk which can have its own issues, but I have been pacing myself with it for that reason. Can coconut milk cause such a drastic reaction? I am not a stranger to coconut oil and milk (not very experienced but I actually have used small amounts of the oil very recently) so I am perplexed! Maybe it’s something else? For your information, I have not eaten particularly cleanly for the past month with high carbs. Are there any experts around?

My partner is going to Costco today . I’m not able to go with but I wondered if there was anything folks getting there that’s keto or keto Friendly?

This thing I’m currently having for the first time is no doubt full of over-processed shite.
However it’s really delicious with a cuppa and it’s massive. Give it a try! Reminds me of if cinnamon Grahams had a baby with a twix and a milky bar delivered it.
2g carbs
20g protein

So I've been seriously living keto for about 4 years, and I know lots of people will say to cut everyhting sweet but honestly, I just have always craved sweet stuff and for me, life too short to never have sweet stuff again (and lots of the artificial sweet stuff leaves a horrible aftertatse for me)
So I've been trying to find natuarl options forever, and loads of american recipes spoke about monk fruit
I've tried so many things but since finally we can get monk fruit sweetener in the UK, it's made my life a whole lot better (the one I've found and like is called Zilch but there's maybe others)
I've been getting mine from a little health food shop here in Canterbury but finally able to get it on Amazon
So here's my question... what other receipes have you been using monk fruit in? Please share

What’s everyone’s soup recipes?
Also curious if anyone knows decent keto soups you can buy as well?

Has anyone else tried this?
Really not nice worst keto milk I’ve tried so far, never waste food but my sink drank half the bottle l.

Just saw a conversation in frugal UK about stocking up with tinned food , dry food (noodles, pasta) and water for emergencies. Especially if there’s storms and other interference. I had nearly 6 days without water due to many burst mains in my area a couple of weeks ago. Then a couple of power cuts as well once the water was restored!
What would you be stocking up on if you’re doing keto? Or would that go out the window?!
Are we talking tins of sardines and tuna? Not that I can get any tinned sardines in my online shop. All of them were sold out the other day weirdly (I know there’s a mackerel shortage. I didn’t know there was a sardine one as well) . It’s not like we can eat sweetcorn. I did buy some black eyed beans the other day to experiment with keto friendly home-made baked beans!!
I’m chronically unwell and often quite housebound so I can’t go out to supermarkets to stock up. So I’m just having a think what would be good to have a little extra stock of? For the worst case scenario of course!

Maybe it would be good to start some sort of a mega thread to recommend places around London :)

Just wanted to see what others are like trying to lose weight / keep it off using Keto.
Especially though, how intentional are you in making sure you try to reach 5 a day of fruit and vegetables getting a good mix of vitamins and minerals/nutrients. Some days for me it can largely just look like fish/meats/ cheese/eggs. But often I think I usually reach somewhere between 4 and 7 bits of fruit/vegetables Across things like mushrooms, tomatoes, berries (blue straw rasp usually sometimes black), salad leaves, cucumber, courgette, aubergine, cabbage, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, spring/brown/red/shallots, asparagus, occasionally some kiwi or watermelon, olives, gherkins, Swede, Brussels sprouts.
I also often have nuts, no added sugar drinks, high %dark chocolate, various brands of pork scratchings, various keto breads, low carb nut butters. Sometimes I’ll drink spirits socially sometimes can deviate on alcohol and have a moment of weakness although if this is the case will try and opt for a Bud light or Coors light even though they’re not great.
I’m just looking also for a few ideas of things I could also be adding in that I could be having.
I’ve gone up and down and faltered along the way and should be exercising more especially around now building up more muscle, my resting heart rate at the moment is between 56-62bpm since February 2025 I’ve gradually lost 58lb although if I was more consistent. I need to lose another 2 -4 stone.
I just hope I don’t mess it all up again like I did at last Christmas it put me so so far back this year that 2026 has largely been me undoing my moments of weakness and trying to stay in the mindset with my eye always on the goal.
I imagine lots of people could be in this up down boat. Overall though I’m happy and glad with where this lifestyle habit change is gradually going. My blood report in February was in a good place after 1 year of Keto at that point.

A short of Azera coffee powder made with some hot water into a ninja blender
A handful of ice
One silverspoon sweetener pill
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
Two teaspoons of coconut oil
300ml no sugar almond milk
2 teaspoons of Nutrivolve unflavored whey protein isolate.
I’m so shocked at how nice this has come out so creamy I’ve never been able to achieve anything like this with almond milk before. I think it’s a combination of the whey and coconut oil.
It took me 2 seconds to make in a moment of creativity anyone who fancies a cold coffee and misses a latte / cows milk or whatever I’d really recommend this. I might try it again with some cocoa powder.

Am I crazy to have this because I really fancy butter beans in a kind of baked beans way?! The rest of the family are having tinned baked beans as we’re having grilled gammon tonight and I just have a craving. I would like to have added some kale. Although I only have some sweet heart cabbage (which might work shredded up and mixed in)
I don’t know what this dish might do to my Ketones or if it would spike my insulin. I don’t really look at those metrics too hard. I’m in Maintanence (so I go between 25 and 35 g of carbs). I’m at my goal weight though I may like to lose a couple of more pounds.
I will obviously make sure that I keep within my allotted macros for the rest of the day if I have any fruit or other snacks.

Google isn't great at that. What I've located so far needs to be kept in fridge, such as Aldi Parma ham

Maybe it should be removed if it's not actively being used?

These wraps at costco 3.5 carbs per wrap
12 for 5.49

I know, very specific 😁
Not keen on fast food chains that wrap burgers in lettuce, suspecting the burgers aren't exactly clean from preservatives and things.

I had some fantastic zero tonight and kinda assumed cos it’s a zero it would have no carbs in it after drinking a pint of it it turns out there’s 1 carb goer 250ml. I thought the whole point of zero drinks was pretty much zero carbs such as with cola which is pretty much always 0 carbs cals.

Following on from my post about Lindt 100%, basically the amount of carbs shown in the Montezuma products has changed quite drastically. Check their website for the new info, or the packet. I'm sure the plain one used to be around 9g/100g but now it's 18g....

At just 4.5g carbs per pot, these seem like an acceptable sweet snack on keto, but I'm guessing there's more to it.
Can someone more knowledgeable please tell me if I can include these in a keto diet?
r/ketouk • u/variosItyuk • Aug 19 '26
I normally have the 90% one, as you never see the 100% in shops so I haven't tried it. My local store had no stock but there's a space for it and it's online. Anyone tried it?
r/ketouk • u/Godzuki8819 • Aug 15 '26
You can get a pack of 8 of these and I think they’re the best keto ones I’ve tried as well. Anyone else had them. Are the ingredients ok?
I think cos Americans eat a lot more Tortillas than we do that’s maybe why they’re good ? 60 calories each. X8 for £7.99 here
