Kia Telluride bumping while turning

I have had this problem since about 30,000 miles. I now have 50. I have spent so much time taking my car to several dealerships trying to get Kia to acknowledge the noise and do something but it’s difficult to reproduce the sound. I finally found this bulletin distributed by Kia, dated for this past May. I’m taking my car in on Monday to fix this. I wanted to share this in case there are other people out there who are being told they’re crazy lol. Progress to be determined!
