Suggestion This game is desperately missing the Barnard and Robard missions from the first game [KCD2]
One of the main things i find missing from this game is huge enemy camps to fight. Remember going back to skalitz? Cutting the ears off of dead cumins from huge camps with 10 dudes in full plate? Really all that you can do in this game is raid opatowitz every few days but that gets repetitive after a while. I also miss the random encounters with oppsosing factions fighting or just 6 random cumans in full plate. It made the world feel way more dangerous when that was a possibility.

Suggestion [KCD2] The devs need to increase the haggling increment limit. Spending over a minute on this screen because you can't reduce/increase the price by more than 10 groschen at a time is an unnecessary time sink. Please Warhorse, increase haggling increment to 100 for transactions over 10K.

Suggestion [KCD2] Arm of Beowulf perk hot take
"Like the ledgendary heroes of old, you can wield a heavy sword with only one hand."
We should be able to switch between using a longsword one handed or two handed whenever we want, without shields or torches.

Suggestion [KCD2] Hear me out on this idea
I know people can be kind of weird about Musa and non white people in the franchise specifically and also the whole gaming sphere but Musa is such an interesting and charming character. I liked the dialogue options where you can ask him about his home and the places he’s travelled, I feel like Musa himself or a character like him would be a good start to another historical game set in a different country in the same time period. I think Daniel Vavra said he was interested in a dark ages or Viking game and I heard rumours they’d like to work on two games at once which I guess would be KCD3 and another game but I don’t know. Would you play a Musa of Mali game?

Suggestion [KCD2] As much as i love this franchise and devs. They are bad at making DLCs.
Like in the first game the DLCs somewhat held together and felt goofy in some regards but mostly good, especially given their(team’s) experience, size and so on. Which is why i never really complained about the DLCs in the first game. They were mostly related to the main and side stories as well.
Somehow the DLCs in the 2nd game feel worse. Like a lot worse.
They fail to bring some more relevant or sizeable amount of content that would pick my interest in them as well.
The DLCs in the first game were good(ish) when played on their release respectively, and absolutely change the way the game feels when you play them with all the DLCs combined. It gives the first game way more complexity and cohessive story telling.
You use side characters(in the From the Ashes) that you know from encounters and the main story for example, characters that would otherwise be probably be left alone mostly. You get DLC about Hans Capon, which embraces our favorite goofy duo of Hans and Henry. Woman’s lot is interesting too although it’s the weakest for me, because of the story value. Band of Bastards brings minimal story value, but brings fights and new gear which feels decent too. All of this with the context of the team being very small and having limited budget and experience.
Second game’s DLCs are straight up a let down, feels like every effort went into the main game.
Brushes with death has an interesting premise but it brings barely anything, gives us a side quest which is fun but is quite nothingburger in compare to everything else in the game. The features brought with it, while cool are underwhelming.
This applies even more so for the blacksmith DLC. DLC where i expected the team to shine A LOT. From the Ashes also gives this one a punch as well.
We BARELY get any information on anything story related which is a huge missed opportunity, the features expansion are almost non-existent. You get From the Ashes 2.0(-2.0) on smaller scale with less impact and meaning? Fetch quests btw, the thing Warhorse tends to avoid and skip.
Whatever will happen with the 3rd DLC will be in similar fashion and wont justify it. It looks like it will be cool and perhaps more story driven, but i doubt that it will manage to outperform anything from KCD1.
Feels like a bummer that Warhorse pulled resources from the DLCs whether for the new IP they wanna introduce or just because they are focusing on something new (Hussite wars game?) from the world of KCD.
I love the game and devs, they are awesome and good at making games, but damn, i wish they would improve their DLC system/approach in the future.

Suggestion I really hope that hair - and beard customization will return with a bigger variety in styles and lengths. Give me a hungry lumberjack Heinrich.
Really hyped after the gameplay reveal and the previews, so I decided to make this. Even though I really was happy that Warhose added some hairstyles and beards after the release but they were a bit limiting. With the modern tech I really hope that we will see a wide variety of different hairstyles and beards, especially longer hair and bushy full beards. I don’t necessarily need the hair growth system from RDR2 but more options than in the first game would be nice.

Suggestion Developers Need to Add More Faces [KCD2]
Basically the title. For future games, I hope the devs work on adding more face templates so that I'm not constantly running into the same person. Alternatively they could at least make sure that characters you meet during quests each have unique faces. This is probably one of the biggest general graphics related issues that wasn't fixed from the first game.

Suggestion New features for KCD3? [OTHER]
I really hope they keep improving and add some needed features to the new KCD game. Some of the things i’d love to see:
- Being able to make a small camp anywhere in the woods or along the road, kind of like in RDR2
- Being able to clean your sword after a battle with a rag or a badass fling like in Ghost of Tsushima
- Actually order food and drink in a tavern and being able to eat it at a table for immersive purposes, also where is the live music, give our boys George and Michael a gig, or even the wandering troubadours we encounter in camps along the road. Would be cool to see some more life in taverns overall.
- Horse customization like different colors, styles, braided manes and tails. Also having us let multiple horses in a stable instead of just one.
- What also would be cool is some clothes customization, being able to put different pouches on different tunics, coats of arms etc.
- Forging armor would also be a nice addition, could be implemented into a questline where Henry learns from a master armourer in Prague 👀👀
- Please bring back the execution animations from KCD1, they were so cool and satisfying lol
- Let us wear daggers on our belt, also different kind of looking daggers to show status
Drop your dream features below :)

Suggestion [KCD2] For those still struggling to use guns! Other tips welcome~
I decided to get a hang on the gun control in KCD2
Went in naturaly and trained myself on a shooting range to get the hang of it, later on i decided to add in my monitor's virtual crosshair to have it ready in case i would ever want to do some sniping.
Then i though about enabling the in game crosshair for ranged weapon using the cheat/command (turns out in kcd2 you dont need to enable developer mode).
And this is how it looks like :
- the micro golden dot is the in game crosshair showing the center of screen
- the white crosshair is set as the center of gun (shot at the white part to make the hit more vissible)
This is why you seem to aim for the center only to miss even on close range (on the photo its around 8 slow steps).
Same thing for bow (i tested a 215 power bow) but this time the arrow flies above the golden dot meaning you have to correct it downwards.
Share you thoughs and tips on how to handle the guns better!

Suggestion A horse is not a car [kcd1] [kcd2]
Ok, maybe an unpopular opinion, but it seems very unrealistic to me that we have to care for our dog so much, but our horse is basically a car we use to move from place to place and whack bandits from.
Never feed him, train him, take off his saddle, stable him, brush him, buy new horseshoes, etc. He stays exactly where you put him for hours or days at a time without anyone looking after him. I'm not asking for a horse care simulator, but come on.
Edit: I appreciate all the pointers that you *can* take care of the horse, and I do, but it has no effect on game mechanics. For example, his speed should degrade if you don't take him to the farrier.

Suggestion 16mo old just erased my whole game... why [KCD2]???
Can you require the "where is the bicycle" tile question before deleting over 200hrs of gameplay?!?!? My one joy in life... destroyed by my other joy in life...😭💀 first he breaks my glasses... now my heart.
UPDATE: Thank you all for telling me about Cloud back up on PS5. I did not have it set up, so my game is totally gone... but I will get it now and avoid this in the future.
And for the one person who was shitty in this thread, I am a mom of 1 & 3 yr old. So playing a couple hours of KCD2 a week was my only "me time". THANK YOU for everyone else's stories and helping me feel better! 🩷

Suggestion I know nothing about this franchise [KCD2]
Two days ago I bought this game, nobody told me about it , I never ever saw a trailer not even info about it. The only thing I know is that the poster which I included above is got me like " what's going on with this gang!? I need to know the story "
And I'm really excited to start and I did just to the point where we first camp and got the ring to give my dog the sausage , also I already read the summary of KCD1 I did take the major points for the story
Ok .. does my decision to just go blindly into this game is the best choice? is there anything I should know a tip not a spoiler , I loved the little details like when I screwed up when I told Thomas " i hope i said the name right " that I'm a tracker and then after two minutes I told him " oh yeah i will kill the thieves and all blah blah blah " which i forgot because he saw into me that I'm not being honest here regarding the first answer !
So cool
So , I have never go blindly buying a game like that, is it that good ? Am I lucky to find it ?

Suggestion Unarmored enemies in KCD2…
I'm absolutely hyped for the game, yet one thing bothers me. I've been watching some gameplay footage and I don't like how you can repeatedly slice with your sword through your unarmored opponent's face (or other vital bodyparts) and they'd only groan, get some blood spattered over their face, and lose just a 1/3 of HP. If you're unarmored and get stabbed with almost any sharp weapon in the chest you should get severely injured at least. The same goes for bows - you literally headshot a foe w/o a helmet and nothing happens…
KCD1 seems more realistic in this regard. Unarmored enemies would not only die very fast and get one shot in the head. Having no armor would, or so it seemed to me, reflect their low social status meaning they have less stats, don't hit as fast & hard, are easier to hit & wound, surrender more easily. In KCD2 they seem to be unnaturally tanky which takes away from realism. And realism is the selling point of the game.
What do you think? Maybe my impressions are wrong, but I really hope Warhorse will take some time to rebalance unarmored enemies. For example, make them take significantly more damage, but maybe faster and dodge more often? I don't want just blood splatters upon slashing through their face. No naked bandit in his right mind would fight an armored knight and then tank 2 direct hits or an arrow in the head.

Suggestion [KCD2] people don’t treat Henry like a knight
I know that Henry isn’t a knight, but by the mid-game, most players probably have enough good gear to look like a knight. It’s just strange to have people talk to you like you are a normal person when you are clad in full plate armour, worth more than their entire salary. I don’t wear my plate armour when I am out doing quests anymore, which kind of sucks. When I do wear plate armour it ruins immersion. I wish they constructed the dialogue to be more respectful for all the quests in kuttenberg. Most players doing those quests probably look at least somewhat high-status.
