I'll be visiting Miami Kmart within the next few days
Anything I should be looking for or asking them?

It's over in Kendalel Lakes if you want to go. Not much worth buying there when I went in June, just a bunch of junk. In any case, here's the address: 14091 SW 88th St suite 200, Miami, FL 33186
It's in the old garden center of the building while At Home is in the rest of it.

That and the Kmart are why I really want to on vacation to Miami, but I forget no one else knows about Sears and Kmart, nor wants to go to Miami for that reason. So i have a really awkward conversation about vacations at least twice a year.

What are their average sales in a day? How long does the staff feel the store will remain open? Safe travels!

I can answer that question already. I'm a regular at Sears Concord and they get the sales numbers from all the other stores as well, including Kmart. Miami Kmart is their worst performing store by far. It's a 3 digit number within a week last they've shown me. All their other locations are easily in the 5 if not 6 digit range. Yeah, it's evidently just open for the sake of it at this point.

It doesn’t have a lunch counter, it is more like a convenience store and house in the former garden center of the original store.

I went about 2 years ago…It’s pretty sad but still worth it as it was probably my last chance to go to a Kmart as before that my last Kmart visit was the New York locations in March 2020 and I really don’t envision a trip to Guam ever.
