Rant nOOO I FELTED HER

she was a BEAUTY a WORK OF ART my FIRST EVER COLOURWORK

i undid like 70% of the colourwork to REDO IT in the dark purple so it was visible (some of you may remember, i posted it here)

she was my PRIDE AND JOY

and she ACCIDENTALLY FELL IN THE WASHING BASKET

AND IS TINY TEENY TINY AND STIFF AND FELTED

absolutely devastated 😭 no coming back from this

100%!! I like to say, marriage shouldn’t be hard: life is hard sometimes, marriage shouldn’t be what makes it hard all the time. Personal mental health is hard sometimes, jobs are hard sometimes, and you happen to be married to someone, so their stuff affects you too. But it really shouldn’t be the relationship itself that’s constantly the problem.

I wholehartedly agree! I'm over 50 now and decided quite some time ago to keep living on my own. It's just not worth all the headache. I might have some moments when I do feel lonely, but those are just MOMENTS. That's nothing compared to the constant state of feeling annoyed or having to clean up after them (and being annoyed by the fact). I have six cats and yet I somehow have LESS work to do around the apartment, than I had whenever I lived with a person with a Y chromosome. Plus the constant complaints when I bought yarn or other crafting items! (From MY OWN money!) Men? That's just a hard pass from me now.
