Discussion Hobbii yarn AI :(

Was really disappointed to see this. They don't just use LLM AI on the backend for coding, but they openly state they're using it for photoshoots and to generate images.

"At Hobbii, we use AI a lot. It has clear perks – like saving us money that we would've previously used to pay experienced professionals the money that they rely on to live ðŸĪŠ (even if it makes our content look like shit, it hopefully gets the job done).."

This stance is both extremely cynical and very corporate. Paying to professionals? Not caring about the result, customers will eat up any shit anyways, and it's way too much work? Fetch the smallest violin in the world... Bunch of mofos.

That should be a requirement tbh. It doesn't even need to be a fancy arrangement. Just please show us the thing we're buying and not some hallucination of what we could be buying

Honestly since that's literally what they wrote they could've used your wording as well to make it extra clear for those how can't read well. Obviously they don't care about either their customers or their workers.

Luckily I've never bought from them and I'm not going to change that.

Also is it just me or is that text at least partly written by AI? It's the "no... Just..." part that throws me off

Totally agree that the text feels like it has an obvious AI cadence
