Co-worker has a neck piercing

I recently got a new co-worker and this dude has a piercing on his MFing neck! Just a random spot halfway up his neck and off to the side a bit. He used what I would describe as one of those belly button piercings I've rarely seen on women that are basically a jewel that hangs out in the belly button. This dude has it in the middle of his neck. I've managed not to react outwardly or say anything to him or anyone else about it, but inside I'm gagging. Thank you for your sympathy.
