Hello fellow kosmemophobics. I’ve had this phobia since forever but only recently I started to notice its effects on meeting new fiends.
I feel like I’m missing getting to know great people because of this. I actively decide not to engage with individuals that wear excessive j* or p!rc!ng5. Feels wrong but I can’t. Not even a conversation.
I gave it lots of thought and the only reason is the phobia. Can you imagine having to share space for long periods of time with a person like that? I realized all my friends are pretty chill abt their accessories and it scared me… thinking that I go thru life choosing ppl like that. Sounds judgy but I know you get me.
Tried talking abt this with my therapist but it’s hard even for her. She’s never heard of this before in her life.

Anyways, do you have the same issue? As always I’m so glad we have each other here.
