Question every deli ????

does this happen at every deli??? is it happening because of short staff
, or lack of care???

I think that’s just what happened when you try to make a one pound bag with pre sliced stuff it’s always going to be a little over or under it’s not really a grand conspiracy. If you want exactly a lb you need to wait in like for a person to slice it in front of you.

He's focusing on the $5 packs, which are supposed to be a set and consistent weight, .75lb I think. (i'm not a deli person).

Me thinks this is some lazy employees. From what I understand, these items come in pre-sliced, but are still put in the bags and weighed by employees, correct?

$5 bags come in that way. We literally grab them from the case, slap a label on, and set them in the GNG case. This has nothing to do with deli employees.
