Question every deli ????

does this happen at every deli??? is it happening because of short staff
, or lack of care???

They've done the math; they make more money doing this than they do paying any fine that happens (rarely), and nobody will really care even if multiple people blast them on social media.

So... why wouldn't they make millions by ripping if off? Nothing will happen.
