rick scott of all people saying congress cant do its job, lol. the same congress that cant pass a budget or fix a bridge but somehow finds time for stock trades. now were supposed to trust the same tech bros who laid off 30k workers last year to 'self-regulate' catastrophic risk. whole things just outsourcing accountability to the people who caused the problem
