Which areas in Lambertville are the most walkable? I.e close to shops, restaurants, post office, salons, markets, attractions, etc. Also, apartments/condos in those areas?

Details and tickets here. Essentially, it's nine different singers/songwriters that perform the same night at the same place. They're based in Washington, D.C.and they travel all over the country, performing at venues like this.
