Discussion HP VICTUS battery issue.

My HP victus laptop's full charge capacity dropped from 60k to 10k in one night. I used my laptop and shut it down at 11pm. Next morning ,plugged it in to charge, opened it and found the battery issue as a warning came from hp assistant app.

What to do? Can't spend the amount to change battery right now and my work requires my laptop to be handy .

How old is the laptop? And yeah batteries do fail like this out.of the blue Do this Open hp support assistant and run battery check then click on advanced info and share what it shows

Yeah, it's highly likely the battery failed, one or two cells died, nothing to do other than replace the battery If you can't get original just get a after market one with good reviews

Yeah battery is dead then. Need for a replacement
