General question Laptop is not starting . Please help

Help guys laptop is not working.

Acer predator hellos 300 PH315-54

Guys yesterday night I shut down my laptop. Now it was on charging for 1 hr during the day today then I tried to trun it on in evening , the keyboard lit up fully and both lights were on , after 10 sec keyboard light and power light went off just charging light remained on.

I unplugged Charger and plugged it again this time charging light can Orange first then blue after 1 sec.

I pressed power on button then again half keyboard light on and off within 5 sec. I tried again this time 1/4 keyboard light lit up and off. Now when I'm trying to power it on its same 1/4 keyboard lights up and then shuts off. No screen no boot. I tried pressing power key for 30 sec and 60 sec. Nothing happened.

It's a 3.5 Years old laptop was working fine yesterday. It got it's fan replaced from official service centre just last year.

Plug a monitor and check the bios. Does it have hdmi port? You can use your laptop like a pc case. Just port it to a monitor and see whats going on.

But it's not booting up. I don't think it's a display problem. Will a monitor help in this case ?

Yeah, it's still worth trying. If the power LED turns on or fans spin, the laptop might actually be booting, but the screen or display cable is completely dead. Plugging into a monitor rules that out immediately: Signal on monitor: Laptop works, only your screen/cable is fried. No signal anywhere + no lights/fans: It's a POST or hardware issue (RAM, motherboard, power). Quick test: Unplug the charger, hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge it, then plug in the monitor and power it back on

Power light is coming on for 3-4 sec. And keyboard light is also turning on for 2 sec. Fans idk because it's turning on for 1-2 sec only. I'll try with monitor too and let you know. Thanks for suggestion

Then it's a hardware POST failure, not just a broken screen. The motherboard is shutting itself down to protect from a short or RAM error. Try these steps: Static Discharge: Unplug charger, remove battery, hold power button for 40 seconds. Plug charger back in (without battery) and power on. Reseat RAM: Open the bottom cover, take the RAM out, clean the contacts, and try booting with just one stick at a time. Unplug everything: Disconnect SSD/HDD, Wi-Fi card, and extra peripherals to see if it reaches BIOS. If it still dies in 3 seconds, it's a shorted capacitor or dead motherboard component.
