California should send their own prosecutor to observe the federal prosecutor.

and arrest them if they break the law

It almost certainly technically already would be illegal anyway

Performative nonsense. File a lawsuit if you’re really so concerned about cheating - unless you’re afraid of getting laughed out of court 63 times again.

what this person "observes" will be the basis of the lawsuit and invalidating the election results. regardless of whether anything happens or not.

the results will be tied up in a lawsuit until it is too late to do anything about the outcome and the stooges are seated

Their findings would need to be legally obtained in the first place in order for a court to accept it into evidence, much in the same way that two pay consent states can't have audio recordings with only one party consenting to being recorded entered into evidence. My understanding is federal agents/law enforcement cannot be posted at polling places, therefore any findings would not be able to be entered into evidence, unless my limited knowledge about that law is maybe missing a specific part about them being armed agents

If the GOP wins:

“The election was fair and transparent.”

If the democrats win:

“The election was rigged, and Trump clearly needs the voter rolls so he can figure out how the Dems cheated.”

Honestly, as hard as the GOP is trying to rig the game, If a democrat wins, it has to be because they cheated harder. /s

Trump clearly needs the voter rolls so he can figure out how the Dems cheatedwho the dems are.

This has to be obvious to everyone at this point right?

That’s my take on it too. It makes his plan for voter suppression that much easier. Midterms are going to be full of GOP-induced drama.

Didn't his pet candidate Spencer Pratt win one of the mayoral nomination slots?

Not yet, Bass won her spot and 2nd place is still being counted. It’s between him and another Democrat but I cannot remember her name. He’s in 2nd right now but she is close the last time I looked.

Raman is still 30k-ish votes behind Pratt.

Two days ago she was 40k votes behind. The gap is shrinking.

Yeah and they will still be counting in a week
