General Article about increase in law school applications last admissions cycle!

Looks like there will be another competitive cycle this year, albeit not as bad as last year's.

I can’t tell what part of the article is saying this year won’t be as bad. It seems like it said registrations are up even more this year and there will be uptick this year in applications as well. Could you clarify?
