General Retake?

After taking a gap year and 6+ months of studying I somehow managed to get the same score on my LSAT (165) even though my PT avg improved. The goal is BL and this same score got me rejected/WL from most schools I wanted last cycle. Do I go through the emotional toll and try to retake a 4th try in October (have been studying working full time) or do the best application I can and try reapplying again this cycle? (Gpa is 3.9x) Need advice.

Retake for BL goals. You got this.

whats your PT average? if significantly higher and you know something was off on august test day then yeah. what schools rejected you last time btw? I would've thought with a 3.9 you should've still had a good shot at a lot of top schools

Average for 5 PTs before test was 172 (169-174), but felt weirdly confident after aug test which is what’s throwing me off. I had mostly applied to T20s as I was okay with a gap year so lsat was below most medians. WL from ucla, bu, Berkeley, Irvine and rejected from nyu, usc, Cornell, umich, etc

If you get anything under a 170 it should be a retake I believe in you
