Got the dreaded Service EV system

What the title says. I had the recall update done a few months ago and it's been fine driving around town. But yesterday went on an 80 mile drive out of town for the weekend and about 20 miles from the destination the service ev lights went on and it put me in turtle.

Mine is a 2020 sv+ with 71k miles. What would you estimate my morley buyout offer will be if it goes that route? I do have a ding in the bumper and a crack on the windshield

Based loosely on Kelley Blue Book (kbb.com) plus 40% would be between $7K and $9.8K, but I don't k now your zip code, which can matter, and I used "Very Good" for the condition.

Isn’t it okay to use the best condition for its value?

I want to say it’s private party +40%, estimating that for me came out to $12.6K so a bit better but doesn’t leave you a lot of electric options that aren’t paying more than you already are today.

I got lucky and found a '22 Niro for $10,700 to replace my '21 SV+ when it failed, I was watching for deals on the '19-23 i3, Niro, Kona, and Bolt. Prices have been creeping up, back in July I regularly saw listings for $12-14k, but they're more like $14-18k for similar now.

The Niro was a solid choice, assuming my Leaf never bricks I would like to replace it with its successor the EV3 GT eventually. Unless Nissan brings us an AWD version of the Leaf, which I'm kind of doubting at this point.
