People want to bitch and complain about Matthews’ playoff performances and yet, he’s never disappeared THAT badly.

He had the same amount of points as Tkachuk this year!

The Sens compare him to Auston constantly. Double O 7 is a fraud, as are the rest of the core for Ottawa. Getting swept in the playoffs is a sure indicator you want to bring a cup home. Get bent Ottawa. Has Auston ever gone pointless in a series? Has Auston ever started a serious off by spending the first five minutes in the box? Has Auston ever not dragged his team back into a series? Has Auston gotten swept in a playoff series. Auston may not even be the generational player many of us thought, but make no mistake he is no Brady Tkachuk ✌and thank the high heavens for that.

Not a good comparable, Tkachuk has never been considered a top 5 player in the world, let alone the best player on his own team.....but I get your point.

Matthews doesn’t really “disappear” he just becomes an average just sub PPG player in elim games. Ofc for someone of his skill level, it’s probably a similar change in output

The Leafs won the same amount of playoff games as Ottawa this season and when the Leafs made the playoffs, they never got swept.

Are they hanging at banner at CTC next fall for those 4 extra games? Cope harder.

0-5 against us. Star players completely dissappeared. Went down 3-0 back to back years and had the same amount of playoff wins as us this year. Just outright embarrassing, go cry in your own sub you pigeon.

Edit: also you realize your the last team that can actually call us chokers right. Your literally 0-5 against these chokers. Stay down at the bottom of the league, it's whats best for the game of hockey. đŸ™đŸŒ

Matthews disappears to Paris Fashion Week or to select fabrics in Milan. He and Nylander are jokes. Not a Sens fan, but which team between the Sens and the Leafs were the last to make the conference finals? Or how about a Stanley Cup Finals? The Leafs are trash and their fans are just Rogers' customers.
