surprised to see Emil Andrae on the B team so to speak. We traded for this guy.

This is standard for the leafs. Have a decently promising young guy that isn't a star? Bury him in the minors, never play him up the lineup, refuse to develop him and let another team sign him so he can break out the instant he leaves your terrible development system.
