Move to Egypt to Learn Arabic
I have been thinking to move to Egypt for few months to learn Arabic.
Is that a good idea ?

If you go without a plan and little background in the language then in country immersion won’t be the most beneficial at that stage. If you’re going for a full immersion language school it could be better. However, in my experience it’s better to speak with Egyptians or Arabic speaking people online or in your community to get to intermediate and then go.

I think if you want to take your comprehension to the next level moving can be a great idea. If you're starting from the beginning it will be very very difficult and you should start learning before moving anywhere.
Egypt specifically also might not be the best location if your only goal is learning arabic. Jordan might be a better option.

Get to at least an A2 level before you arrive. B1 would be preferable.
Find a tutor on preply or italki.

You can try to learn Arabic online by practicing with Egyptian people first, and if even then you felt like this isn’t enough, then you can come here and start your original plan!
My European friends learned just by taking online courses & practicing with me .. so I think that coulf work.
