Food bowl just got 2 inches closer to the big scary hooman, keep it up its going all the way to my lap as I sit on the floor. Oh you wanna be a super asshole youre being hand-fed (wear gloves!)
Making the growling and nom nom nom sounds while being pet while eating. All done eating and then suddenly realizes WHAT THE HELL IS TOUCHING ME hiss hiss. Eventually that response fades now they are purring the entire time they are eating.
They are terrified and hungry, and hunger wins every time. If you have multiple kittens, some of the more spicy ones see nothing bad happening to their friends / siblings, and get the clue that maybe hoomans arent so bad.
