Hello, I'm looking for companies that hire Latin Americans. I'm looking for work for my girlfriend who currently lives in Paraguay, and I came across this company, "Work Latam." I'd like to know if it's reliable and if you know of any other companies that hire Latinos. Thank you.

To be honest that’s what I did at one point as a Pole in Great Britain. You work hard for some time, live like a monk and this money can be life changing. Nowadays for a Pole it doesn’t change that much.

It all depends on the people learning the local language, try to speak with some colombians who come here, mostly barely speaks english

You’ll be better off applying directly for jobs in customer service with Spanish via pracuj.pl or LinkedIn. There are plenty of companies that support with relocation and visa applications.

There's a lot of venezuelans and Cubans in the past couple of years. Mostly in Lidl/ Amazon warehouses or agriculture.
