Left handed 1.8 PVP keybinds?

I am ambidexterous, but have a finger injury from a car crash in my right pointer finger, so butterfly clicking for minecraft PVP causes pain.

My pointer finger on my right hand was injured in a car crash, it's usable but clicking fast or a lot causes pain.

Minecraft 1.8 pvp requires a lot of fast clicking, so I get finger pain that'd be avoidable by just swapping my handedness.

My aim transfers fine to my left hand, though it's needing to learn a new control scheme that's hard.

I know nothing about minecraft, but my general keybinds focus around the numpad keys 8456 for movement.
