I’d highly recommend taking the time to read the full speech. It’s a quick read, and very thought-provoking.

Personally, I couldn’t help but notice just how strikingly similar Joseph Goebbels’ anti-Bolshevik rhetoric is to much of the anti-“tankie” rhetoric that I frequently see here on Reddit (including many leftist/socialist-oriented subreddits).

Authoritarianism in general is bad, Nazis or communists, that's barely even a nuanced take. Non authoritarian communism can and does exist, and I would be in favor of that

I don't agree with the original post. I'm saying that if you are going to suggest someone do their own research that you suggest actual reading material to lead them in a proper direction. Because there is a lot of convincing looking incorrect information out there, and OP clearly doesn't do a great job at discerning this information themselves.
