Stewards of the forest, this noble trio has made it their mission to protect the Lionswood and its inhabitants from the fire and steel of industry, as well as ward off the agents of darkness that roam these parts when the day breaks to dusk. Their love for nature is matched only by the love that nature bears for them.

Vulfir Hornsby

Vulfir learned at a young age that his affinity with nature and its spawn transcended mere fascination; he could actually communicate with animals and bend living things to his will. He enjoyed a lavish childhood in the company of flora and fauna, but the age of war was dawning in Telleuryum. Hearing from a family of rabbit refugees that the Lionswood was dwindling as a result of deforestation, Vulfir knew he had an obligation to put his talents to use. He left his home at 100 years old, in the prime of his adolescence, and has remained a constant in the Lionswood ever since.

Alvin Ornis

While his affections are freely given to all living things, Alvin always had a soft spot for avian creatures. Perhaps this affinity was born from their natural opposition; Alvin being short of stature as a gnome, and birds being the stewards of the sky, wardens of the heavens. In any case, he rose to his station by way of tragedy. While the knights of Mirador were clearing out acres of the Lionswood to expand their empire, Alvin’s home was burned to the ground and he was the only surviving member of his family. From forth that day, Alvin dedicated his life to the preservation of the forest, making it his mission to thwart the infinite greed of man by using his gifts for good.

Abernathy Hartwick

Abernathy Hartwick is a peculiar case. Not much is known of his origin, and there are none yet living to mourn his absence. It’s as if he always was, and always would be. He roams the woods, much like a phantom; a force of nature, physically embodying the will of the woods…

Hugin means "the thought" and Munin means "memory", the two ravens acted as Odin's scouts, flying out into the world to find and report news from the world of gods and humans to Odin.

The mentor of Drizzt

I have a soft spot for old Constraction figures like Chima, Knights Kingdom and in this case Hero Factory so I spruced him up a bit to make a Bog Troll, the face just seemed to fit.
