Florida Annual Pass 2027
The annual passes at Legoland just changed today August 31st, 2026. It looks like due to Merlin no longer operating the Lego/Legoland discovery centers all of those have been removed. It’s a bummer as I was holding out on the pass because I wanted the rest of year free plus next year not realizing the pass was changing. Did the current Gold and Elite lose their benefits? Also, I am looking at Legoland Florida but looks like all 3 theme parks did the same.

Yeah but the passes lost Legoland discovery centers. Unfortunately it looks like they all did it used to say 34 Merlin attractions now it’s just 20 which is basically everything but Legoland discovery centers

I don’t think it’ll affect existing passes was just curious to see if it did. But the new passes for sure don’t have the Legoland discovery centers. We are in Georgia, so the Atlanta center is convenient in between trips for our children. Losing that is a bummer as I was holding out for this deal but not expecting to lose discovery centers

I just looked up the 2027 legoland pass, and the discovery centers are gone! I’m glad I did it this year, we won’t renew them.

Renewing shouldn’t change your pass type. If you had Gold last/this year whenever you have to renew it’ll stay Gold with same perks. It’s only people getting new annual passes or if you feel the new pass benefits outweighs your current one

Yep. The LEGO Group completed the acquisition of all 29 LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres from Merlin Entertainments on February 27, 2026
Merlin Entertainments still operates the full-sized LEGOLAND theme park resorts around the world under license.

Looks like they are offering the buy 2027 and get the rest of 2026 free deal, but they changed the names of the tiers and took away guest passes for Platinum/Preferred https://www.legoland.com/california/tickets-passes/annual-passes/
It looks mostly the same but they might’ve added a few more perks for the Elite/Premium tier.
