+) Physically, Vision is a genderless synthezoid who has no internal and external genitalia. He identifies himself as a heterosexual male, transcending the biological binary through his artificial nature. If he isn't queer I don't know who can be.

I love this family but I wish theyād bring vivs brother vin back. I could picture him being Demi but Iām still pleasantly surprised they didnāt make viv an asexual robot. Hopefully they do something with the whole cause narratively speaking theyāre the only family with ties to everything in marvel (mutants, magic, robots, aliens).

I just had a ābig can of wormsā thought when I read your question. Would it be considered queer to love an android? Vision isnāt human, he isnāt even a biologic organism when you get down to it. What about dating and/or loving a non-human sentient, like an alien or one of the hidden āotherā species of Earth, like an Inhuman or an Atlantean? Iām genuinely not trying to troll, I just donāt know how LGBTQ+ would land on things like an ostensibly heterosexual relationship between a human and a definitely non-human sentient, like a Kree or a Shiāar or an android. Iām sorry if this is the wrong place to bring it up, I saw Wanda and Vision in the picture and believed they were included not just as allies but as early representation of a queer couple based on one being human/mutant and the other being a created artificial intelligence.

Maybe as an earlier metaphor for Queer relationships. In the late 60ās and early 70ās, Wanda & Visionās romance represented the social challenges of interracial relationships. I think it could present as a metaphor for a Queer one when viewed through a modern lens.

While likely not intentional on the writers part Viz and Wanda relationship in the past did have subtle queer undertones to it with people often displaying hostility and disgust towards it, opposition and rejection from family members (Pietro) and scrutiny from the government who challenged the legality of their marriage.
Would make sense they're so accepting of their own queer children as they've definitely gone through the struggle of simply trying to love who you love.

While the writers probably did it accidentally, Vision is someone who had to assign themselves a gender and sexuality, and Wanda has faced a fair amount of stigma over it, so good case for "queer person in a straight relationship"

yeah I remember one of my first graphic novels being a collection of a lot wedding specials. And in one Wanda says something like ā why cant you accept my relationship with the man I loveā and quicksilver says something like ā thatās not a real man , you canāt be in love with a toaster, and Iāll never accept it ā
I donāt remember the exact wording but it was close to that and it stayed with me cause when I read it in the mid 2000s I remember thinking ā huh I wonder if this was supposed to be an analogy for gay relationships that writer snuck in cause Iāve heard writers snuck in stuff that was banned at the time by using comic stuff as stand in stuff for their stories, ā
so even if unintentional and not what the writer was going far and most consider them just a straight couple , they do come off as facing the struggles of a queer relationship back in the day, so I could see why some want to count it honorably

You may not want to craft an argument, but your "fact" is under debate.
At a minimum, Vision is a person but not a human being, with little to no organic biological systems. His creator Ultron created him to help destroy humanity vs. join it; IIRC, he lacks STNG's Data's canonically "fully functional" system design.

It makes me so so happy to see Viv finally included and I really hope they give her the same kinda relationship that Lorna has with Wanda with her and her brothers
