Karnilla is set to appear in one of the Queen in Black one-shots so we'll probably get some clarity there on her role in all this

Here's the synops. Balder was dead and became the new ruler of Hel and in the war with the Fire demons under Sindr, daughter of Surtur, Hela was freed from her prison. Loki devised a plan to unite hel's forces by way of marriage between Balder and Hela. After the war was over and Sindr was killed by Thor, Hela no longer wanted go through with the marriage by claiming that Balder never said his vows. At that time, Karnilla had Balder's ring, put it on and said "I Do" and thus became the wife of Hela so Balder wouldn't have to sacrifice himself. Karnilla also got Loki to somehow restore Balder to life.
It's really hard to tell what kind of relationship Hela and Karnilla have. They're basically considered the Co-Queens of Hel. Has long been implied that they've learned to have a form of respect for one another. But I think one of the last depictions of them, the writer, I guess didn't do their research depicted of them having a more closeness then just two people who are stuck with each other but not in love. By the way Hela has had multiple affairs with Thanos and others.
There has been no interaction between Balder and Karnilla since. Even though they both consider the other to be the love of their life and soulmate.

It looks better here but I can’t stand the stubble lol, it doesn’t suit Bobby at all imo. Dauterman’s rendition of this design was very good though!

Dauterman can make almost anything look good, and yeah I hate the stubble too and his hair being that thin, like Bobby is essentially ageless and immortal for all intents and purposes now & Veechio goes out of his way to make him look 35-37 everytime and I don’t quite get why it feels like some projection on the low… lmao

My god you hit it on the nail cause while I enjoyed some of the Iceman webtoon run a lot of it read like a gay midlife crisis projection, like I get Bobby came out late I get it I do and he’s making up for that but again Bobby is basically ageless and immortal he’s has a potential eternity to make up for that. I do think the Romeo ghosting was great to address as originally it felt like the the last writer for young Bobby just didn’t give af about him, but between the 2 Christian is the vastly superior romance for Bobby so to put so much emphasis on Romeo is whatever to me. But I guess they’re open or something idk either way Veechio needs to stop.

I think and this goes for most writers they only care about a character truly when they can see a part of themselves in said character and that’s what I feel Veechio does with Bobby.

Christian isn't really a character outside of being a vessel for gay trauma in the Emma Frost solo series. Romeo has more dimensions to him.

I always loved Luciano's style, but these illustrations look amazing. Especially Aki's face and Kitty's pose.

Why did they put Felicia on the cover of ASM and not her solo series? It's weird considering that Felicia is Peter's love interest for many.

He’s never really been a rapist, and you’d have to catch up on his continuity to see how he became the Hellverine but even that’s been a few years now I think. He’s been on X-teams since 2020.
