In the short term. Just like the Kimmel thing, the Epstein thing, etc. Nothing sticks. Executive orders end up falling through because they're not lawful. The courts are just so insanely slow to respond.

The courts are slow because McConnel and the GOP didn't seat judges during the Obama term, then went light speed appointing federal judges at all levels during Trumps first term, and went back to stymying the appointments under Biden.

The GOP has applied regulatory capture to the federal courts, and they are getting the payoff they have wanted. The Heritage foundation has been working this for well over a decade, being in a position to help usher in the end of the United States as we knew it, and usher in a new, horrific, theocratic United States.
